The federation is composed of Active Members who are the companies, persons physical or moral, consulting and engineering, who mainly and continuously perform the services Council and Engineering. Regional and sectoral associations are associate members who have an organizational role, but do not have the right to vote at general meetings.

Individuals must:

• Hold a recognized engineering degree or equivalent university degree corresponding to the areas of activity of the consulting and engineering profession ;
• Justify having practiced in Morocco, for at least five (5) years, the profession of consulting or engineering ;
• Provide satisfactory professional references for the work carried out in the context of these past activities ;
• Enjoy a good morality.

Legal persons must :

• To be a company under Moroccan law ;
• To be managed by natural persons meeting the conditions mentioned above

 

The members of the federation are obliged, on pain of exclusion,to comply with the rules of the code of ethics of the profession and the rules of procedure developed by the FMCI.

* For consulting and engineering offices that were previously members of FMCI and wish to rejoin the federation, an application for reinstatement may be sent to the Permanent Secretariat, which will examine it and submit it to the National Office for consideration. The National Office will decide on the admissibility of the application in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations in force.
